Pre-Kindergarten Program
Augusta Christian Schools K-3 program meets Monday – Friday, 8 am to 12 noon. The school offers the following K4 programs: a half-day five days per week and a full-day five days per week. The hours for K4 are 8 am to 12 noon for half day and 8 am to 2:20 pm for full day. Students are prepared to enter the K5 program by receiving an academic foundation, daily Bible lessons, and a time for classroom exploration, several yearly field trip experiences, and play time. Specials classes for K4 include: music, library, Spanish, and physical education.
Augusta Christian’s Preschool (K3 and K4) operates with exemption from licensure as an integral part of an established religious congregation or religious school.
Kindergarten Program
Augusta Christian Schools offers a full-day K5 program, 8 am to 2:20 pm. Our K5 program includes advanced reading books as well as many visual aids to enhance learning in Bible, phonics, and reading. Developmental activities re-enforce our strong academic program, and Christian curriculum is used in character development and science. Kindergarten students participate in the following special classes: Spanish, music, music theory, library and physical education.
We are committed to uphold and maintain accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and AdvancED. We continue to comply with and/or exceed all local, regional and state requirements in our strive for excellence.
Kindergarten Campus
Our kindergarten and pre-kindergarten classes meet at our Fury’s Ferry Campus located at 470 Fury’s Ferry Road. This campus is 1/2 mile from our main Baston Road Campus.
