The Encore Club Officers
Officers of the Encore Club will be president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. The bylaws will list the duties of each, terms of office and method of election. The officers will serve on the Encore Club’s executive committee.
There will be two regular meetings of the membership of the Encore Club each year; one in the Spring and one in the Fall. The executive committee will normally meet at some time during the two weeks preceding each regular meeting. Regular meetings or executive committee meetings may be canceled, dates changed or special meetings called at the discretion of the president.
